Catherine Morrill Day Nursery has partnered with the Youth and Family Outreach program in the administration of a Community Development Block Grant award for scholarship through the City of Portland.  Funding is limited and contingent on receiving a favorable grant application each year and is restricted to low-to-moderate income Portland residents who are either waiting for other subsidy or are not eligible for DHHS’s Child Care Subsidy Program or ASPIRE.  Social work case management support services is available on a limited basis for eligible families to help families achieve self-sufficiency.
