The Staff
Program Features

The teacher's primary role is to serve children, and their families. Teachers have degrees in child development or related field. Every member of the Nursery staff is dedicated to enhancing the quality of interactions between child and teacher. The Nursery not only provides a learning environment for children, but is a learning organization for staff members. On the average, every Nursery employee receives fifty hours of training each year. Staff members also receive certified First Aid, CPR and blood-borne pathogen training. Annually, the staff assesses and determines their training needs and the results become part of the Nursery’s continuous improvement plan.
