The Staff
Program Features

The teacher's primary role is to serve children, and their families. Teachers have degrees in child development or a related field. Every member of the Nursery staff is dedicated to enhancing the quality of interactions between child and teacher. The Nursery not only provides a learning environment for children, but is a learning organization for staff members. On the average, every Nursery employee receives fifty hours of training each year. Staff members also receive certified First Aid, CPR and blood-borne pathogen training. Annually, the staff assesses and determines their training needs and the results become part of the Nursery’s continuous improvement plan.
